Modern Scandinavian House
We worked closely with the homeowner to accomplish their vision. The end goal was to create a minimal space with timeless accents. The black windows with white walls create a clean canvas that will never go out of style. The kitchen features matte black granite perimeter countertops and a butcher block island countertop. The black and white theme continues through the kitchen, creating a minimalist appearance. You’ll find clean, modern polished concrete floors throughout the first floor, while walnut and other wood accents warm up the space.
Sustainable materials include the upstairs carpeting, which contains no VOC. Marmoleum flooring in the bathrooms and laundry room is a healthy and sustainable option, safe for a family with young children. This energy efficient custom home features 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, 3 car garage and an open concept living space
This home tested at 300cfm which is 68% better than the Focus on Energy blower door testing requirements.
